Terms & Conditions

1) We hope to get your understanding that all sales are FINAL. However, please be assured that we will check through all items before mailing out.

2) Unless the wrong item is sent from Crazie Daisy, otherwise no exchange of items will be accepted.

3) Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Note that orders that have already gone through one round of exchange are not be eligible for any future exchanges or refunds.

4) Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange items will be paid by the customer.

5) Exchange will be entertained only if the item is returned in the original condition.
* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (Includes uncut-tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag,).
* Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering, odor (i.e. smoke), marks (deodorant, dirt or etc) will not be entertained.
* Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase.

6) Exchanges are processed from Crazie Daisy within 30 days upon receiving the item(s). There is no refund policy. Customers may exchange for another item that has the same pricing or lower. Alternatively, you may top up to purchase another item that has a higher pricing.

Sales Merchandise: No refunds or exchange will be accepted for sale items. All sales for marked down merchandise are FINAL.
